Parents/carers can place lunch orders with Moulden Supermarket using QuickCliq every weekday except Wednesday. On Wednesday Mrs Munn, Community Liaison Officer runs 'Kids in the Kitchen', where a select group of students assist with preparing 2 options for lunch each week. These cooking sessions are aimed at assisting students to learn life skills, math and English while enjoying the preparation of meals for their peers and school staff.
It is easy to order Kids in the Kitchen. Orders are taken no later than Monday for lunch on Wednesday. Just pop into the office, pay $5.00 and select your child’s preference for that week.

Meetings are held every 3rd Tuesday of each month (except during school holidays) at 6pm to 8pm in the school library.Meetings are open to the school community.
The main job of the School Council is to make sure the school has good governance. Good governance means seeing that everything to do with the running of the school is done properly, according to the right processes and for the right purpose. Governance is not about making day-to-day decisions - that’s called management and is the job of the Principal (who also provides leadership for the school community), the Business Manager and senior staff.
The Pandanus Unit was opened in 1998 to cater for students with high support needs. At the time, staff in Pandanus consisted of one teacher, one Special Education Support Officer and three students. Since then the population has expanded and staff numbers have grown to meet the requirements of our students.
Pandanus caters for students from preschool to year 6 who meet specific entry criterion determined by the Department of Education in line with the Disabilities Policy (2012).
The program delivered in Pandanus follows the Australian Curriculum and is delivered by a Teacher and Special Education Officer. Classes are small and the programs has a strong focus on providing the optimum safe environment both socially and academically for students and fosters positive social relations between their peers and the adults they interact with.
