For students from Transition to Year 6.
Parents/carers can place lunch orders with Moulden Supermarket using QuickCliq every weekday except Wednesday. On Wednesday Mrs Munn, Community Liaison Officer runs 'Kids in the Kitchen', where a select group of students assist with preparing 2 options for lunch each week. These cooking sessions are aimed at assisting students to learn life skills, math and English while enjoying the preparation of meals for their peers and school staff.
It is easy to order Kids in the Kitchen. Orders are taken no later than Monday for lunch on Wednesday. Just pop into the office, pay $5.00 and select your child’s preference for that week.

The main job of the School Council is to make sure the school has good governance. Good governance means seeing that everything to do with the running of the school is done properly, according to the right processes and for the right purpose. Governance is not about making day-to-day decisions - that’s called management and is the job of the Principal (who also provides leadership for the school community), the Business Manager and senior staff.
Welcome to Woodroffe Primary School Early Achievement Centre. We strive for your child’s learning experience to be exciting and positive. Woodroffe staff and families will work together to develop and share your child’s learning journey where successes are celebrated frequently.
The Early Achievement Centre is guided by the Belonging, Being and Becoming of the Early Years Learning Framework. Early Years Learning Framework is a vision of the best practice for young children’s learning. It links closely with the Woodroffe Primary School wellbeing and curriculum programs.
Parents are the child’s first teacher. A child learns best when parents, teachers and children work together. For many children, Preschool is their first experience of being away from home. Preschool teachers endeavour to build upon the experience, skills and understandings the child has already acquired by providing a warm, inviting, exciting and challenging environment. We therefore encourage parents to be involved within the Preschool and value their participation in the program once their child has settled in.
The Early Achievement Centre is committed to providing a seamless move for your child from Preschool to Transition. Woodroffe Preschool children will be given lots of opportunities to visit Transition classes before their anticipated entry into Transition. As children are allocated to their teacher at the beginning of the year, it is not possible to guarantee that they will visit their prospective Transition teacher.
Throughout the course of the year your child may be provided with the opportunity to participate in additional experiences such as the road safety program, science and music displays and elective programs including swimming.
At the Early Achievement Centre, we welcome and encourage you to come and join in with your child's learning.
